Who do you talk to before a hard decision?

Maya is an intelligent mentor for leaders. 68 structured management levers, available 24/7, with the context of your company loaded.

Maya in conversation with a leader

02THE PROBLEM

A C-Level decision has no committee.

The board helps with governance. The coach helps with personal blocks. The internal team helps with execution. But for the hard call on a Wednesday at 6 PM, the leader is alone. Firing a head of department. Announcing a pivot. Handling a comms crisis.

Maya is where the question happens before it becomes a Slack message or an email to the board. A private conversation, structured knowledge, company context loaded.

03THE FRAMEWORK

A framework, not a chatbot.

Maya is built on 68 management levers organized by theme. It's not a generic LLM answering from general knowledge. It's a curated, structured, versioned framework, connected to a conversational model that cross-references the context of your company.

People

Senior recruiting, evaluation, dismissal, promotion, difficult communication, succession.

Strategy

Pivot, M&A, OKR definition, prioritization, market positioning.

Finance

Senior salary negotiation, equity decisions, runway management, board conversations.

Crisis

Internal crisis communication, exit management, media exposure, reduction decisions.

Culture

Cultural shifts, company rituals, post-M&A integration, culture maintenance at scale.

Communication

All-hands, board messages, client communication in delicate situations, structured feedback.

04THE FLOW

A contextual conversation, not an FAQ search.

STEP 01

Question

You describe the real situation with the level of detail you want. "I need to fire my CFO. He's one of the partners. How should I run the conversation?"

STEP 02

Cross-reference

Maya cross-references the context of your company (loaded at onboarding and updated throughout usage) with the levers relevant to the topic.

STEP 03

Answer + next steps

Structured answer with the framework applied to your case, plus suggested next steps. Documents to prepare, board communication, conversation sequence, risks to mitigate.

06YOUR CONVERSATIONS ARE YOURS

What you tell Maya stays between you and Maya.

Each company in an isolated instance. Conversations encrypted in transit and at rest. Zero training on conversations. Export and deletion on command. Levver admin visibility only under explicit client authorization, and even then, logged in the audit trail.

07FAQ

Questions that show up before the first conversation.

Does Maya replace my human coach?+

No. Maya is complementary. Available for questions you'd otherwise have to wait a week to ask your coach. A human coach remains relevant for personal blocks and long-term development.

What if Maya is wrong?+

Maya can be wrong. Any AI assistant can. That's why the framework is exposed. You see the levers applied and can challenge them. It's not a black box. The final decision is always human.

Do other leaders in the company see my conversations?+

No. Each leader has an isolated instance. Even the CEO doesn't see the CTO's conversations. Levver admins don't have access to conversation content without explicit authorization from the client.

Do you train models on my conversations?+

No. Contractual commitment. Your conversations don't feed any public model, don't feed our model, and don't cross with other tenants.

Does it work in English?+

Yes, in English and Spanish. Portuguese is the framework's native language. Other languages improve progressively with use.

Can I test before subscribing?+

Yes. A short paid trial with full onboarding. No open free trial, so we keep the quality of the user base.
