Lumi is the AI assistant inside BelongYard, available on any screen. It answers employee questions from the knowledge base the company curates, always citing where the answer came from. When it does not know, it says so and routes to the forum or HR instead of making something up. For the content team, Lumi also helps draft posts, summarize long text, and generate quizzes from a document.

No. Communications and HR create, segment, schedule, and publish everything in a no-code workspace, with AI helping. IT comes in at rollout, not in the day to day.
